Plan a Visit

To truly appreciate the craft of microbrewing, one must see it in action.
At 16 Mile we welcome you to visit and tour our brewing facility. As
Delaware’s smallest microbrewery, you may find us focused on brewing,
bottling and/or packaging during normal business hours. You may stop by
then to see us in action or to sample and purchase some of our brews.

However, for a more in-depth introduction to 16 Mile Brewing Company, we
encourage you plan ahead and visit during our weekly Owners Tours. At
that time you can meet with the owners and brewers, Chad Campbell and
Brett McCrea, to learn how their passion for great beer and their pride in
their Delaware roots combined to create 16 Mile Brewing Company. As they
take you through the brewing process, you will learn how they select and
grind quality grains, develop their recipes, brew, filter and ferment….and
focus on all the details that go into creating smooth, full-flavored ales.
After your tour, you may sample our current selection of 16 Mile Ales and
purchase 16 Mile brews and merchandise.

The brewery is open to the public: Tuesday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm
and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. Owners Tours take place on Fridays at
4:00 pm.

For groups of 10 or more, please call ahead to arrange an appropriate
time. All visitors to the brewery must be 21 years of age or older.

16 Mile Brewing Company is located at 413 S. Bedford Street in Georgetown,
one mile south of the circle. For more information call 302-253-8816.
