Organizing an Event
16 Mile Brewing Company welcomes the opportunity to work with businesses and charities on special events that directly benefit the residents of Delaware. If you are planning an event and would like us to donate some of our brews or 16 Mile merchandise, please submit a written request on organizational letterhead or stationery to the brewery. Please include the following information in your letter:
- Event name, date and location.
- Sponsoring Organization - Please indicate if the sponsor is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status.
- Purpose of the event.
- Approximate number of guests or participants
- Explain how 16 Mile Brewery will be recognized at the event or in event publicity.
- Requested donation (i.e., brews and/or merchandise)
- Name, phone and e-mail of contact person

Once your request is received, Chad will contact you directly to gather more information to determine if the event fits our charitable giving guidelines, budget, and brewing schedule. You will be notified of the status of your request within 2-4 weeks.
